By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Definitions
- Company means Coyaf.com and its owners/operators.
- Platform means the Coyaf ERP SaaS application, website, APIs, mobile applications, and related services.
- User means any individual or organization using the Platform.
- Subscription means a paid service plan.
- Trial Account means the complimentary 15-day evaluation account.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have authority to represent your organization.
- Provide accurate registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. 15-Day Free Trial
Coyaf offers a 15-day free trial to allow prospective customers to evaluate the Platform.
During the trial:
- No payment is required unless otherwise stated.
- Trial accounts may have feature or usage limitations.
- Trial data may be deleted after the trial expires if no subscription is activated.
- Coyaf may terminate a trial account at its discretion in cases of abuse, fraud, or policy violations.
- A valid email address is required.
The trial is intended solely for product evaluation.
4. Subscription Plans
Paid subscriptions begin after successful payment.
Subscriptions may be:
- Monthly
- Annual
- Enterprise Custom Plans
Subscription details, pricing, and included features are published on the website or agreed upon in a custom proposal.
5. Account Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Keep passwords secure.
- Notify Coyaf immediately of unauthorized access.
- Maintain accurate business information.
- Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Users are responsible for all activities performed through their account.
6. Acceptable Use
Users shall NOT:
- Upload malware.
- Attempt unauthorized access.
- Reverse engineer the software.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Spam other users.
- Store unlawful or copyrighted material without authorization.
- Use the Platform for illegal activities.
Violation may result in immediate suspension.
7. Data Ownership
Customers retain ownership of all business data uploaded into the Platform.
Coyaf does not claim ownership of customer data.
Customers are responsible for maintaining lawful rights to all uploaded content.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, trademarks, logos, source code, workflows, documentation, graphics, and platform content remain the exclusive property of Coyaf unless otherwise stated.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.
9. Availability
Coyaf aims for high service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, or force majeure events may affect availability.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with:
- Payment gateways
- Email providers
- SMS services
- WhatsApp Business APIs
- Cloud storage
- AI providers
- Social media platforms
Coyaf is not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.
11. Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the selected subscription plan.
Failure to pay may result in:

Taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
12. Suspension or Termination
Coyaf may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Non-payment
- Fraud
- Security risks
- Illegal activity
- Violation of these Terms
Customers may cancel subscriptions according to the applicable plan terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Coyaf shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the previous twelve months.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold Coyaf harmless from claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violations of these Terms.
15. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential business information obtained during the course of using the Platform.
16. Changes to Services

REFUND POLICY
Overview
Coyaf provides a 15-day free trial so prospective customers can fully evaluate the Platform before purchasing.
We encourage all customers to use the trial to determine whether the Platform meets their business requirements.
Free Trial
The free trial includes access to eligible Platform features for fifteen (15) days.
No refund applies to the trial because no subscription fee is charged.
Subscription Fees
Once a subscription is purchased:
- Fees are billed in advance.
- Access is activated immediately upon successful payment.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments
- Incorrect billing due to a verified system error
- Accidental multiple transactions
- Failure to provision the purchased subscription due solely to Coyaf’s technical fault
Approved refunds will generally be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations

Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current subscription period.
Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
Refund Requests
